Question about youtube TV, are channels like ABC, CBS, and NBC all live?

Does this deal/channel whatever this is allow you to watch live games? Any live game? As in finally being able to see Dodger games in SoCal while not being a Spectrum customer. --- FFVII Remake: A disaster in the making.
