Such as, for the next two years, the yearly Call of Duty, Madden, and Assassin's Creed titles would be released exclusively on the Apple console. All three would be available with the launch of the console.

To get ubi, Activision and ea to release their biggest games exclusively on one system would be a multi billion dollar deal that Apple couldn't make their money on. Knowing them the system would retail at 800 bucks and have a new version yearly and nobody would want it

I think that would piss off a lot of game developers because they'd be giving preferential treatment to specific publishers and franchises. That's a bad first impression from a newcomer.
