Depends why you decide not to like it.

If it's because you don't like the characters, or the story, or anything like that, it has nothing to do with racism.

If you don't like it because it's focused on black people, then, yeah, pretty racist. Or generally, any paper thin argument that disguises any sort of disdain for another race.

Of course, everyone logically fucking knows this, but some idiots on here would have you believe that people will literally kick down your door and lynch you as a Nazi racist if you don't like it. Those people, of course, have the stupidest fucking victim complex currently in operation.
