It's important that we stop sometimes and understand these basic aspects of our lives. When you poop, you aren't just purging your body of unneeded physical products, but in a way you are cleansing your soul. When you poop, you should reflect on the mistakes you've made in life, and thus, allow them to symbolically be represented by the poop that is coming out of you. That way, when you wipe, you are actually cleaning your mind, body and soul of the stench of your sins, and preparing yourself to be a better person in the future. Next time you poop, try to envision the process of your past self being purged. It's important to contextualize the role pooping plays in our lives so that you can properly benefit from the sanitizing effects it can have on your spiritual well being.

Remember: Don't just poop for the sake of pooping, poop for the sake of your mental health.
