I've never requested anything be removed from my food. You are all far too picky. I eat food. Is it food? I eat that.

Olives, bleu cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, raw onions, hot peppers, cucumbers, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, mushrooms, seafood, capers, sour cream, cilantro, etc. I eat and love all that shit. You could stick all of that in a blender and I'd drink it, even.

No one in this topic has mentioned that being the problem yet. I completely understand allergies. I don't understand pickiness. When I was growing up, if I didn't eat what was given to me, I didn't eat. All that picky shit goes away when you need food. I learned to eat anything.

No one in this topic has mentioned that being the problem yet. I completely understand allergies. I don't understand pickiness.

Capers taste like old motor oil and stale tobacco and cilantro tastes like tin foil and soap, why would I want things that repulse me to be on my food?

Ketchup is the most important thing. As I said, it is the greatest of all condiments. But on a burger I will also accept bacon, tomato, onions... even lettuce.

I'm not picky about almost anything because I wasn't dropped on the head as a baby, though the only thing I try to avoid if possible is ketchup on anything potato based.

Burgers, I will try anything once, but no veggies allowed except pickles. Prefer mustard and ketchup, but mayo is okay at times.

I'm just so confused by picky eating. One of the most badass adaptations of humans is that we're omnivorous as fuck. We can eat just about whatever we want that isn't poison, and even tons of shit that is poisonous to other animals we can eat all day. Why would you give up one of the coolest parts of our species? Look around the world at different cuisines. Humans will eat fucking anything.

How do you think we spread to become the apex predator of a planet? Not by eating only eucalyptus or bamboo like some picky bitch. We eat whatever we find or kill. It's great.

If I am at a burger place in my home city (Rochester NY) then when you ask for "hot sauce" it is a spicy meat sauce with ground beef and onions.

If eating dairy gon' give you mud butt, don't eat dairy. That's not picky, it's just sensible.

Personally I take lactase tablets and have dairy anyway.

Gravy and salad dressing. I ask them to serve it on the side instead.

I also request no cheese on my burgers from the two good burger places near me. Not because I don't like cheese, it's just because they charge an extra dollar for two slices of cheese.

I eat most things. But Inusually request no veggies(I will for certain foods, but it's usually not a lot of them), nothing really spicy(don't do spicy well), and nothing to do with shellfish(a shellfish allergy, which sucks when you're born in the coast in a place where shellfish is all the rage)...

I do like cheese on nearly everything. And most dressings are fine like, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc...
I'm also fine with sour cream...
Most things I'm fine with. Though I can be considered picky by some. If you name something, i can tell you if it's fine or not...

Most of the time, if I don't like an ingredient in something, I just won't order that? I'll order something that I won't have to modify, or I go with something that you can choose your own topping, so I don't have to make a special request.

I use to do that. But it made it so I couldn't try other recipes. And usually because of only one topping. So, if it's only a couple things(probably three at the most, but normally 1, or 2), I'll modify it.

While I agree, egg is one of the top 7 food allergies...

The list, in no particular order consist of:

Eggs, shellfish, wheat, peanuts, milk(apparently usually from a cow), soy, and seafood. I believe. I think tree nuts are pretty common, too... or something like that...
