A guy on CE (very mistakenly) shaved off his nice hair then asked for opinions... From start to finish, the topic made me laugh. I feel bad for the guy, he put himself out there and lost, but my god this was funny while it lasted.

Not necessarily. And would this even count as board invasion? Probably not, considering TheCyborgNinja is a part of this board... and it telling us to go there. I think they would have to report it for invading there board... If they even find out. I think that's how it would work. I think he would only get in trouble if a bunch of people used that topic to invade CE...
