I reckon it's all the vegetables I'm eating. What I've learned about this diet is that the meals are mainly to give us some good tastes, while we're primarily filling up on veggies.

My main source of food is now broccoli, carrots, and spinach, and I'm eating <1000 calories a day.

I did start to feel hungry today at work and started eating a lot of carrots at my desk.

The pounds are definitely already coming off though. On Sunday I got on the scale with all my clothes and shoes on and weighed 294.

Clothes of course add pounds so I didn't consider that my true weight. On Monday morning after taking a dump I weighed myself in at 288.4.

Today after work (and another dump) I couldn't help myself from getting into that scale again... It weighed me in at 283.8.

The progress is undeniable. I'm gonna be dropping so much weight as long as I stick to the program. It's really exciting. I'm already the lightest I've been in a long time.

My farts seriously stink up the whole room though. Usually my farts don't even stink.

All those veggies and the weight loss are probably why, especially if you normally dont chow down on veggies.

Congrats. Im doing the opposite: eating nothing but meat and supplementing for nutrients Im missing out on, eating no more than 1500 calories a day and Ive already dropped 16lbs. Thats with no exercise either. Tomorrow I start back in the gym.

Doing intermittent fasting as well.

Ive only been at this for 2 weeks so Im very excited.
