 It's pretty damn fantastic. Full-blown 80's Mad Max post-apocalyptic setting with a healthy dose of synth and a dash of neon colors. Not as ridiculously over the top as Kung Fury, but still plenty of 80's cheese. I've actually had songs from the movie's soundtrack come up on my synthwave Pandora station a bunch of times, enough to where when I randomly stumbled onto this movie on Netflix I recognized the artwork. Great movie. I loved how everything felt so cheap by the use of bicycles instead of motorcycles and cars for the chases.

It was filmed around Montreal. The actress who plays Apple lives not too far from my girlfriends parents house. Her dad is kind of a wierd guy.
