While I generally agree that the president should have line item veto powers, I don't think that Trump should have them.

that's not that bad of an idea in theory
Line-item veto certain things and then they get sent back into Congress for Congress to vote on specifically within a certain time frame. I'm sure it could be hella abused --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. Never doubt. *No longer teen ... Copied to Clipboard!
