Capn Circus 03/24/18 10:26:18 PM #1:	I mainly only use the phone for Internet/Calls/Texts, but I do want a decent phone with a fast Internet capabilities. What is the main determiner for a fast browsing experience when you aren't connected to Wi-Fi and are connecting to a tower? Do all newer phones have a better/faster frequency to connect to the towers versus phones made 2-4 years ago? I've been seeing some new phones out there for a few hundred dollars that were just released in 2017 or 2016---how would a phone like that compare to, lets say, a Galaxy S5 (which was released in 2014).
