ubisoft is beyond incompetent. if you wanna play through the game co-op with a buddy like i was planning to do, you'll have to play through it twice. only the host gets any progress, and not only that theres a fucking distance tether between players so you can't get too far apart. in an open world game.

ARe you sure it's not a mission area tether? In FC4 if you started a mission then tried to go too far away it would send you back to a checkpoint and start the mission over

I kind of figured it would be like that. It's basically how Dark Souls did co-op; you play in and affect the host's world, then return to your own.
