I do need to rant a little. Not that the puppy is doing anything out of the ordinary. I know this is all "normal", I just need to adjust. Only on day 3.

My main concern, is how depressed my older dog is acting, ever since we brought the puppy home.
He's 5. I've been making sure to show him lots of attention, extra treats, etc. But he isn't sleeping with us any more. He'll go sit in this corner between two couches, which he's never done before. And just has this EXTREMELY sad look on his face. It's killing me. I'm gonna take him on a nice hike today, leave the pup at home, and see if I can cheer him up.

Potty training can be frustrating at times, cuz we'll stand outside in the cold for 20 mins without her eliminating. Then as soon as we come in, she'll piss on the floor. She does go outside too, but she hasn't learned when to signal for outside yet.

Gotta get her to stop trying to play with our other dog and cats so much. She can be pretty relentless about trying to bite their tail, paws, etc.

The thing I least expected, is having absolutely zero free time. I mean I haven't even turned my pc on since we adopted her. No video games, no porn.

Again, I know most of this is normal. Just needed to rant.
