I only got a chance to glance at your post.

You were asking about what to do with the fuse that you get from the shop.

From the shop you have to go all the way back to the beginning of the dungeon to place the fuse in the train, so from the town shop where the fuse is.

-Go down the ladder to the subway levels
-Go down(toward you) make your first left
-Go down then cut your first right
-Keeping going down for another three or four screens
-Once you get to the beginning, you will encounter a fight(claw men)
-After that put the fuse in the train on the right path(Wing it)

That is all it takes and I did it yesterday to confirm it works as well as the directions.
