It is because it is "harassment" of a user who hasn't posted here in months and even if he wanted to he would get banned on the spot saying he is Dawkins. If you don't include any personal info like proof of his arrest your topic will only get locked. If you post proof like his trial dates, proof of his arrest warrant, proof he is in jail. Those topics get deleted for posting personal information. This isn't just for Dawkins if you post proof of Gavi's arrest you would probably have your topic deleted too. --- "Have you ever been outside before?
