Speaking of Spyro and eggs,

One thing that always disturbed me about Spyro since I was a kid is that Spyro is the only kid in the land of dragons. Everyone else is an adult.

Okay, cool. No problem then.

Then in Spyro 3 they reveal that dragons produce eggs every 12 years as part of their mating season. Which makes sense, Spyro seems to be about 12. And in that game ALL the eggs are stolen and you get them back. There are 150.

But wait... If the dragons have about 150 kids every 12 years... Why is spyro the only kid?

What happened to the other approx 149 dragons that should be Spyro's age? Where are they? Are they dead?

I assume so since again in Spyro 3, the other dragons were too large to go down the holes to get the eggs back so they just sent Spyro alone. If there were more dragons spyro's age you'd think they would come too as back up.

Did Gnasty Gnorc kill all the other kid dragons? Do the adult dragons eat all but a few of the kid dragons?

It disturbed me greatly.
