I'm pretty sure i saw that message warning now you only need to wait 30 days for your moderation to clear if you decide to appeal your moderation to an administrator after your failed attempt to appeal to a lead moderator..and back then if you failed to appeal to an admin, which would be final, you would have to wait 3 MONTHS before you can ever appeal anything again..

or maybe it's determined by how bad your moderation was which would be 30-90 days on a failed attempt?

Are you likely to appeal if the wait is shorter? let's see what people will vote

Not worth it

I've gotten the ORIGINAL moderator who deleted my post to admit they messed up but wouldn't even downgrade the penalty, pointing out the fact that the warning period had already expired and I was able to freely post again.

The first moderator I appealed to cited my moderation history which ironically enough was two general deletions and one deletion where they accidentally warned me instead of just deleting it but got downgraded on appeal.

So basically, it was just total trash all around and I don't bother anymore because they think they're right or that it's not worth correcting things after a certain point.
