See, that name is bull shit because los or portion, i will definitely consent. goteborgs rape is one of my favorite flavors of snus, so i am excited to try the loose portion which seems like according to some snus fans the best way to enjoy a flavor.

i was debating on buying this order because its huge and would cost a lot(with shipping around 120) but i will soldier onward.

yeah i dont think snus causes mouth cancer but regardless i dont care.

if im using loose i throw it away in a garbage can, though I might take it out and throw it in some grass if nothing is nearby.

but with portion i either throw it out in a can or use the catch lid, which is the sole purpose of the catch lid. some people say its so you can save it for later, its actually so you can deposit your spent portions so you dont litter.

If you dont snus you lose.

i mean...if you smoke or use dip(ill admit i occasionally chew but a few times a month max) snus would or should be the preferred way to consume nic/tobacco.

i say this having never smoked a cigarette though.

swedish snus is:

- generally made with quality ingredients, fine tobaccos, etc. they adhere to a standard of quality called the gothiatek standard, no idea if all of em do though, but even budget brands like Offroad are pretty good. offroad gold, at 2.52 a can is excellent. Some of these taste excellent. Ive had so many different flavors like green apple, vanilla, coffee, fudge, licorice, cherry, mint, wintergreen, whiskey, and then thats not even including just blends of tobacco which are plentiful and a lot are very good. very few snuses, imo suck. the worst snuses are simply bland but not terrible imo

- no smell, and you can do it anywhere. nobody knows you snus if you dont tell them. it doesnt make your lip buldge or protrude(and if so, they have mini or slim portions to solve this not really a problem), and you dont have to leave to do it. Even where smoking is forbidden. imagine working 8 hours and getting your nic fix the entire time also with...

- noticeable levels of nicotine. American cigs, dip, chew, and US snus has enough nic to get ya addicted but not to actually feel, much. You can get buzzed on swedish snus easily. You might not want a buzz, and over time that feeling would fade(but if liked there are ultra strong portions), but your body craves nic so giving it more is only giving it what it wants. I know its like im condoning addiction, but i am phrasing it in terms current smokers would understand. Now if you like getting a nicotine buzz, which i love, snus is the way to go. currently to feel a buzz i, depending on some things, need either one or two of the strongest product on the market, Siberia red -80c. It contains 4.3% of nictoine, which probably eclipses an entire can of skoal or cope in one pouch. the feeling is awesome you feel super relaxed for like 10-20 mins and you just wanna chill there, body getting heavy. feels awesome.

- aparently minimal risk of cancer. its what ive heard but as usual will make no claim of its authenticity so do your own damn research.

This is currently(last i checked, something mighta eclipsed it recently by a hair) the strongest swedish snus product on the market. It contains 4.3% nicotine. the "free nicotine" as in amt. actually absorbed is very high, too, which is why i consider it stronger than a slightly higher % one. most regular snuses are like 0.8%, so this is very strong.

The can design is awesome, i love it. the portion baggies are hands down the best in terms of fluffability and feel ive ever used. no joke, the strongest snus is made with care. you lip will burn from the high wintergreen, but goddamn the portion will fit like a glove.

so, the taste! uhm, i feel it tastes like nothing. the smell is like, cultured ass. like the smell is gross but in that classic tobacco kinda way where its also intriguing. i dont get much taste but that isnt the point. other say its a minty/wg type.

so, whatcha feelin? when you put one in(or in my case, maybe two, but never three as the only time snus has made me puke was when i had 3 in), you will notice your gum burns. heavily. i like this feeling. some people might not, but i like it. kinda like when you wash your hands and you leave them under the burning water a second too long cause that feeling feels good for a second before it hurts. Now you should have a mega buzz immediately. within seconds. for me itll be a minute but a beginner or even average snus users should be paralyzed immediately.

The mega buzz feels like this: your body gets heavy as well as your head. you can think normally for the most part but a little hazy. would not reccomend driving on it, though to snap out just take it out youll be okay in a minute. You can lie down and feel pretty heavy, not wanting to move in a good way. you might stumble about until you get your bearings. you feel a little happier, a little "whoa, what" for a while. this effect lasts 10-20 minutes. on a siberia perhaps longer but they're tough to put in for a long time, even for me.

yeah, i miss em. its like you can get temporarily drunk or high with no(once experienced enough) phsyical drawbacks and you snap back to reality in like 20 minutes and feel fine.

so there you have it. a review of the strongest snus out there. I highly reccomend people try em, havent had any takers in real life yet

the only problem is shipping is expensive. it comes from sweden shipped by UPS which needs to verify an 18+ adult when picked up so its expensive. like 30+ dollars per order. i dont do it all the time but its great when i do.

You do not want camel.

i dont mean to sound elitist or anything but american snus is bad. it doesnt have the same quality and is in fact made so you snus and smoke at the same time.

swedish snus is for quitting smoking in the sense its nic levels are much higher than US, but can be enjoyed as its own thing. the main difference is american snus uses sugar as flavoring. it tastes too sweet and gave me headaches. swedish snus uses salt to flavor it which does not give me headaches and enhances the flavors.

if you want to try some authentic swedish snus try General brand. you can get them at some US gas stations. the one near me do, check their website to see if you have any. they have four flavors original, white, mint and wintergreen.

original will be a moist portion that has immediate flavor it doesnt last as long as white portions but is faster acting. its just generals blend of tobaccos as flavor, not a mint or wintergreen or fruity thing. a white portion will be dry, but the same general flavor as original. not moist or sticky to touch. flavor lasts longer but takes longer to activate.

mint and WG are white portion styles but have a decent mint or wintergreen taste. imo much preferred to american snus.

but bro id love to send you a can. why? the swedish saying goes, you never leave a snuser hanging, as in, if a bro has no portions with which to use, you help him out knowing its a respect thing. i dont expect anything in return but i wanna help a fellow snuser out enjoy the good shit. please.

Snus has reduced risks because it is steam-pasteurized as opposed to fire-cured. A lot of carcinogens come out of the fire-curing process. And you do not inhale it so you are not damaging your lungs.

Another note is that Sweden has the highest highest levels of snus usage but the lowest rates of oral cancer.

thats what kills me. i heard about that and it makes no sense. they do sell "snus" in the EU but its not super common i dont think and its called "chew bags" to skirt the rules.

here is something im thinking about

so i bought a bunch of los snus.

handbaking a prilla(or in other dip terms a cut, a cud, a chaw, a chew, a dip, a lip) as they call it in sweden quite frankly is hard to do and annoying. doesnt pack nearly as well as chew or dip. it feels like moist, brittle clay. doesnt stick too well.

but i own a particular glass accessory for tobacco purposes that could potentially act like an ice tool and bake me a prilla:

oh man im gonna review most of these at some point but i opened a new one i've never heard of, "Persika", by Jakobsson's

I opened the can and immediately i dont know what the smell is but its fantastic. its lite and berry-ish if I had to guess.

but as it turns out persika is the swedish word for peach so thats what im smelling.

that peach was good, it was a strong portion though so i dont use those all day every day even if at this point(even after a 2 month hiatus) it has no buzz effect on me.

Tonight i am going to try another Jakobsson's flavor, Gullviva & Viol

Jakobsson's Gullviva & Viol Portion Snus is the new spring seasonal release from Gotlandssnus. Each portion has a clear taste of violets with hints of cowslip and some sweetness. This is a fine spring snus which will match well with many beverages

i consented to try Rap Loose, and...its tasty.

gonna have a similar flavor to original Rap, but have a bit more character in los format.

it is tasty. and my tobacco pipe outline above worked well as an "ice tool" to form a prilla(or lip, dip, chaw, etc).

loose snus is king in the non portion world. its a pain in the ass for hand bake without a tool, but no spitting necessary and imo it tastes good usually.

snus has a habit of smelling funky but tasting good.
