If they weren't trying to rip you off they would top it off every time so you always got a full tank and could easily fill the same amount.

Yes. When you rent one of their trucks, they offer you an insurance fee, so if you damage their property, you wont be held responsible. However, if you dont purchase the insurance and you damage their property, youre responsible for all damages.

You can get away with it through. My baby mama tore a titanic sized gash in the side of one of the trucks and the flunkies at the gas station that she turned it in to never said a word. I guess it all depends on where you get it from
