CableZL 04/10/18 2:50:51 PM #1:	Lease - Signed Fees - paid Gas & electric - Set for May 1st Movers set for May 5th Internet - Set to be installed May 8th I'll get a free month of rent in June, so that will be nice, especially since my current lease ends June 18th. My current apartment is trying to increase my rent by another $80 to $1305, which would probably push my total payment after the included fees to about $1450 - $1480/month for a 691 sq ft apartment. Hell to the naw. New lease will be $1205 with fees. All I need now is to buy a washer/dryer combo thingy and I'll be good to go.
