Someone tagged them a couple tweets up. It's generally not a good idea for a company to get involved in that kind of thing, but P-A has been going hard for the anti-SJW demographic so this will only boost their cred among that group.

It looks like they're claiming SJWs created a hostile environment that suppressed potential interest in buying DoA3. The argument won't convince anyone who doesn't already feel like the gaming industry is under siege by moral guardians trying to censor games, particularly when the examples of criticism they're reposting don't actually constitute censorship.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were fully aware, but the anti-SJW market is just so laughably easy to capture. Just say "fuck political correctness" and toss in something about the state of games journalism and these people are willing to empty their wallets for games that are, in all honesty, just not very fun. Take a look at Hatred, take a look at DOAX3.

I often bring up Senran Kagura in these discussions since it's a series that I buy from frequently and most importantly, one I find fun. The only responses I ever get are "this is an anime titty game and not a realistic-looking titty game" (which is an extremely strange distinction to make) or just being ignored outright.

I just don't buy that a company would turn their nose up at potential profits because someone might get offended. That excuse just doesn't hold up for me. Senran Kagura can actually support my argument. Those games are regularly released and you don't see big "SJW" outcry.

It's a weird argument that a company choose not to release one titty butt game because of SJW madness rather than because they didn't think it would be financially worthwhile just because another titty butt game is financially worthwhile for another company.

I'm not disagreeing with you with SJW outcry being a dumb excuse, I'm saying that using sales doesn't make sense because even a more niche game like senran kagura is selling enough to keep getting localized

That excuse shouldn't hold up for anyone. I think Koei Tecmo said something like "We don't want to be associated with this kind of game in the west" when they're already known for this. DoA5 Last Round has clothing damage and a "breast motion" setting, for crying out loud.
