so yea Pagan was super cool I wish I could have just teamed up with him. Sabal told me to kill Amita, I spared her. Spared Pagan and he flew off. I found Sabal killing his political enemies, so I killed him. Now I'm done with this one and it's time to replay 3. I wonder if Jason is as whiny as I remember

One thing I don't like about the ending is both Sabal and Amita turned into jerk at the end after all that talk about honor and such, no matter who you sided with. It feels like you overthrow a villain for another.

they were jerks the whole time. i hated very much being their puppet

you shoot guns together??!? that sounds AMAZING

I think 4 has my favorite story of all the FCs so far, although I haven't played 5 and I'm about halfway through 2 right now (but the story feels kind of bare tbqh).

I just really liked the internal conflict among the good guys and the fact that Pagan, as psycho and horrible as he was, ended up actually being a somewhat sympathetic villain. If they had released a DLC that continued where the secret ending leaves off I would have bought it in a second.

Both endings are bad. The true good ending is the one where you just wait for 15 at the beginning.

This is another of Ubisoft's massive problems with the franchise. A pattern has formed where the only good ending is the alternate one you can get at the start of each game, thus circumventing any real reason to play the game at all.

I think the biggest problem with the Far Cry games is that they inexplicably become easier the further you get. That's the opposite of what games are supposed to do

i havent played 3 since release but how is he like Vaas? i was scared anytime Vaas was on screen. with Pagan I felt like I could actually talk to the guy

I didn't think he was anything like Vaas tbqh. Vaas was just a generic "crazy guy" character. I don't think anyone could say the same about Pagan Min

Pagan Min was funny too. I remember in one conversation after you kill his double and he tells you how much trouble he went through to make that guy look like him, and how it was actually the double on all of the country's money because Pagan liked his cheekbones, that shit was hilarious.
