The encounter happened inside a locked classroom after the "high school stud" walked in to "talk" with her...and then the sex occurred. Jurors deliberated after only 5 hours of talking and found her guilty of all 6 counts of sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and ultimately sided with the teen that he was a "victim" As the verdict was read, Jessica was seen bursting into tears as continued to sob and wail uncontrollably for several minutes.. The 15 y/o "stud" took to ths tand and recounted the sexual encounter that happened on the LAST DAY at Miamisburg Middle School He said "We started kissing, she went in for a kiss and it escalated there". The boy said that they engaged in multiple sex acts including intercourse and her giving him ORAL for 20-30 MINUTES until the prinicpal knocked on the door.. She told him to HIDE under a table and left with the principal. She came back and told the boy to "stick to the story" that he was stacking desks.. The teen victim said he felt uncomfortable and thought it was wrong..but he connected with her on snapchat. When asked why he reached out to her if he thought it was wrong, the teen said he wanted more SEX The defense tried to question his credibility pointing out that he denied wanting to have sex with her again but he said he lied to protect his relationship with his then REAL GIRLFRIEND as well. They also painted him as the high school pretty boy who was popular with the girls.. Now Jessica faces a heavy prison sentence as the married mother of one knows she has no chance of freedom...
