Again, this isn't just cologne and perfume, this is FRAGRANCE. Asking people to change from shampoos they like (or not use shampoo at all) is a pretty fucking massive inconvenience.

Certain body washes, too...


Well, it's a lot of things. I *think* it can also include chapstick. And imagine balancing out an entire office's lips against the possibility of maybe having *one* employee who might be sensitive to fragrance.
