I remember when it first premiered and I was an angsty teen, i thought it looked stupid and like it was trying too hard to be zany. At peak bitchiness I called it "it's never funny in Philadelphia".
I didn't watch it again until like a year ago and now it legit is one of the funniest sitcoms I've ever seen.
