It helps a lot, since you're drastically cutting your sugar intake.

In terms of energy drinks, cutting those will eventually help you get more restful sleep and, ironically, have more energy.

Ill drink it once or twice a month, I use to do like 3 bottles of mt dew a day. Really didnt realize how much it was hurting my stomach till I cut back, glad I did.

if you average 1.5 12 oz cokes a day and replace it with water, you would be cutting out over 75k calories a year which is enough calories to make up 22 pounds of fat.

Well, fuck it. Yesterday was my last day on it then.

I hope this does help, because Im tired fairly often. I usually get eight hours of sleep, but still have bags under my eyes for some reason.

Energy drinks go from wiring you up to actually making you tired after drinking one if you use them long enough.

As a heads up, during the first week you will wane between feeling tired and then starting to feel good, just maintain and keep going then you will reap the rewards of feeling good and sleeping better.

also, drink coffee if you need some caffeine, try not to load it full of sugar though(like creamers and of course sugar itself)

Its probably more often like one can that I dont even finish if Im being totally honest. But yeah, it doesnt seem like much?

Most of my friends literally drink one every few hours. Ends up being probably 4-6.

I was getting into the habit of blending a bunch of fruit and veggies for the morning each day, and I felt amazing after the first week. I didn't need any caffeine or energy drinks, and 6 hours of sleep was more than plenty. That good habit dropped after about 3 weeks though, cause I'm lazy... really need to get back into doing that.
