But if you get into accident where u die instantly without being able to react then u probably wont be able to reload yourself. Or if you get a illness like cancer, you wont be able to get away from that. When you find out you have it just do as much medical research as you possibly can in, say, a month or w/e. Then reset taking all the knowledge of cancer you've obtained over the time period back with you and start again. Keep doing so until you've developed a viable cure.
