They are just so boring to me. Every single one follows the same basic template. Nothing is surprising or interesting, performances are as dull as possible and nothing more than people saying a script. There are never any actual stakes. Especially with how the MCU is now, literally turning film into television, where each movie is its own episode that just continues into the next one, which will just be the same film but with different characters.

Though if all you want from your movies is to watch dudes beat each other up while following the same basic plotline, go for it, I just don't understand.

Yeah GotG2 was meh, but I may watch it again someday. The first I have seen 3 times though.

For DC it's much harder to list a good one, but I really liked Wonder Woman and have watched it twice already.

I'm not a fanboy of superhero films, but I watch most. Looking forward to seeing Infinity war next week, and deadpool 2 soon afterwards. I rarely miss them. I hated Black Panther though, which put me in a very small minority it seems (which is kinda funny considering hehe).

Ghost Rider wouldn't if they made an R version and didn't use the "anything" actor to portray him.

Although I guess I would have to argue in your case that it wasn't Marvel, either. Just a standalone character.

Yeah I don't really disagree here. CGI fights don't really do it for me when there's no stakes. Too formulaic. No real danger. They just do nothing for me.

There's so many of them now that I find it hard to care about any of them. Marvel is practically year round at this point, too. It's not just a summer movie thing anymore, there's no escape

First Ghost Rider was passable, second ghost rider...R.I.P any hope of a sequel, prequel, or reboot.

I enjoy most of them, but not all of them. They are fairly mindless, but they entertain me.
