Over easy and you don't make a sandwich with that shit. You take 2 eggs, cook em over easy, and you put two pieces of toast in the toaster and dip the toast in the runny yolk. Anything else is thrown in the garbage.

Get a small container the whose bottom is the size shape you want the egg patty to be.

Crack egg into container, add small amount of water/milk, add shredded cheese if desired.

Whisk.

Microwave for 45-60 seconds.

You now have an egg patty

runny yolk has an awful texture and overpowering flavor. if you cook it all the way you actually get the flavor from whatever you're frying it in + seasoning.

runny yolk doesn't "overpower" shit. in fact, i'd actually say it enhances the flavor of whatever it's been paired with. idk what you've been smoking

That's usually over easy, the whites still move but the yolk is runny. Over medium the yolks start to harden. Unless you mean sunny side up, that's the runniest.

I make my sammiches with mayo, swiss, and tomato, over easy eggs, and i pop the yolks as i put the egg on the bread so it can soak up... nommmmm

idk, i don't really eat eggs. i used to make egg sandwiches for my ex on many mornings, and they were generally fried, flipped and fried on the other side but ideally leaving the goopy runny yolk still goopy and runny. throw a slice of shitty cheese on it, slap it onto a toasted english muffin.

shit yeahhhh! you need to make me that.

I mean, yeah, seasoning is essential for regular meats like chicken, beef, etc. But eggs are a natural flavoring agent already.

I like eggs over easy if Im eating them normally. However, if Im specifically looking to make a sandwich, over medium so that the yolk doesnt doesnt run out and make a mess.

No other seasoning or toppings other than the occasional bit of bacon.
