A policewoman was allegedly sexually assaulted and her partner beaten with a sign as they arrested a rape suspect.

The pair responded to reports of an attempted rape in Scotland Street, Sheffield, at 3.15am on Friday and were attacked as they arrived.

The man allegedly struck the officers with a wooden sign board, then sexually assaulted one of them as she attempted to arrest him.

Both constables were sent home to recover from severe bruising and the policewoman getting support from specialist officers.

Hey hey we dont know the whole story. Maybe this person they were trying to arrest was really a good boy planning to go to college after he made peace with his misdeeds. Maybe the officers provoked him.

u literally want to set a standard of UK cops not being armed with handguns because a criminal might ambush 2 officers? again i ask, are u mentally challenged?

the article has no mention of ambush or both officers being incapacitated simultaneously. you're embarrassing yourself here.

The video says that she left with no serious injuries. How do you see a statement that she left the scene without serious injuries and then conclude that she was almost killed? You even watch the shit you're posting?
