The idea is that will it appeal to those who want an easily concealable (AKA hidden) compact carry handgun, since concealed carry is legal in most jurisdictions of the United States. Open carrying is more restricted than conceal carry

They had to have a bright cap on the end of the muzzle to denote that it was a toy. Now these motherfuckers are making guns that look like something millions of people have.
