The main issues I had with the game are the writing, the reused dungeons, and the fact that I paid full price.

I didn't think it was bad, just a huge disappointment if you expected an experience close to the first game

Yeah this is all true lol. Serviceable probably is the most apt word. Gameplay is fun af. I remember hating it at first after coming off DA:O. I don't mind the faster pace tbh as much as I did, and playing on hard requires a lot more of my attention which is nice.
