dave_is_slick 05/12/18 2:54:57 PM #1:	To make sure I didn't have a repeat of Elekid, I made sure to thoroughly check where exactly Houndoom would be on Route 12. It's not in specific patches of grass, it's available all day, and it has a 20% chance of showing up. So why have I spent two days here without it appearing??
