LG sent some techs out to fix it for free, fortunately. When I turned it on, the dial to choose what kind of cycle I want wouldn't do anything. Almost all of the options would light up on power on, but they would never go off. Kinda like it wasn't booting up properly. The only way I could get it to actually wash clothes was to choose a "custom program" and just choose what I want it to do manually.

The display board was pretty badly damaged on the inside. They replaced it with a new one and it works like a charm now. This thing is pretty sweet.

I no longer have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. It just goes from washing to drying all on its own.

I have an LG set, it's pretty cool. Not a fan of single units though.

It's not wifi enabled, but it does work with NFC. I can download custom washer/dryer cycles to it. I haven't had a reason to do that yet.
