When it was revealed that they were outsourcing some of the work that's when I realized it's probably not going to be great.

Expected. Sucks, but I can't blame them. I was too worried that Shenmue 1 and 2 HD were going to be released too close to 3. I figure that's one of the reasons why it got delayed.
