I don't need to lose a lot of weight, I'm a little overweight but not terrible. If I lost 20 pounds I'd be happy.

Id rather just workout harder than give up a bunch of foods if your not that over weight.

Its difficult at first, but dont give up! After about 3 weeks you get rather used to it. Outside of weightless, you most likely will be feeling more energetic and well rested.
