Hey guys. There are a lot of folks on here who sometimes seem to be a little misinformed about how the US Constitution works. I've been listening to a really interesting podcast that I thought I'd share with you all, since it's quite topical.
Essentially it's a podcast professional and a professor in constitutional law who go through famous Trump tweets and headlines, and relate them to the Constitution. You'll be able to detect a bit of a dislike of Trump's behavior in the pod, especially from the host, but IMO the analysis of the law seems quite unbiased. Give it a listen, it goes through all kinds of examples that the media went nuts with, and explains the actual law and what could actually be the fallout.
