witcher 3 bothered me with this. id be riding the horse on the way to my current objective, and then i'd pass by like 3 sidequests, and i cant just pass those up because thats my nature, and pretty soon im doing some random shit and completely forgot about the main mission, my quest log is massive, and i lose interest in the game

Skyrim did this to me a tad I felt like I was constantly organizing my quest log in my head.
