He did come up with a good argument; random civilians aren't enemies in any sense of the word (nor are they a particularly effective target in a military sense).

The people we are bombing are terrorists I see no point in helping them now you may say the infrastructure is damaged and we should help with that I disagree those country should have never let their country get to that state that demanded our intervention thats on them although I personally think we shouldn't even be in most these countries anyways and should let the locals deal with their own petty squabbles.

Two problems;
- First, much of the damage is caused by American and other foreign forces. The locals had no hand in it.
- Second, the West has been officially causing problems in the Middle East since well before WWI. You basically are saying, "well, we've been fucking things up for 100 years, but none of that is our fault".

Those countries literally exist because the West intervened. You understand that at the end of WWI, the British backstabbed their Middle Eastern allies and drew arbitrary borders that resulted in most of the chaos we see today, right? Or that America previously invaded (The Gulf War)? Hell, look up the Suez Canal.

Either way, though, a country =/ it's people. The people that are leaving want to be American. They don't have a hand in the government, nor do they have the power to change anything. They get bombed because Western leaders have been bombing their country for hundreds of years, they decide to leave because the place is fucked up, then people like you say, "their fault, let them rot". It's ridiculous.

So yeah, there will be one less person making edgelord posts in this topic and on this board for a few days.
