Full Throttle 05/24/18 8:47:00 PM #1:	Do you think this fat kid should win his lawsuit? - Results (6 votes) Yes 50% (3 votes) 3 No 50% (3 votes) 3 18 y/o Chub Master, Addison Barnes is SUING his School and claims his First Amendment Rights were violated after he was asked to cover up his T-shirt supporting Trump's border wall!! He wore the shirt to a People and Politicis class that was discussing immigration and was told to cover up b his teacher. The assistant principal pulled him out because of it at Liberty High School in Oregon It included in the words "The wall just got 10 feet taller" He said "She gave me the option, either i cover up or i get some home. And then a few minutes later, i decided, you know this isn't right. I have my First Amendment and it's not right what they're doing" He left the school and said he's aware of the dress code but said he's asserting his First Amendment Rights. He DOESN'T deny however that he was trying to get a reaction and INTIMIDATE the hispanic students in his class but he was making a point.. Addison said "If somebody else disagrees with me politically, i think they should be able to express their viewpoints just as i should able to express my viewpoints in school" The school handbook said that clothing decorated or marked with illustrations, words or phrases that are disruptive or potentially disruptive and/or promote superiority of one group over another is not permitted.
