Those videos single-handedly talked me into or out of a number of purchases I was questioning by showing me what I'd actually be getting in a clear, concise manner. I liked that format of prioritizing information over opinions, especially where a number of indie games are kind of genre-bending such that the trailers/descriptions wouldn't necessarily give me a solid impression of what to expect. Regardless of whether or not I personally enjoyed his content, though, the name is pretty recognizable, and dying so young sucks regardless of who it is (short of actual evil people).
