Sprite work is solid, really fluid stuff
-Complete package of modes, sad to say that's a selling point of fighters nowadays
-Netcode is great
-Characters are fun to play
-Persona 4 Arena style gameplay (sorry EVO kiddies)
-Cool urban fantasy setting (like Fate Stay Night if they took themselves seriously)

My only gripes are that the battle HUD looks like it's from a flash game and the menus are equally amateur, but small potatoes compared to how good everything else is
