By that I mean when I looked for a place a year and a half ago, all the rooms for rent near the red line were like "yeah, cheap, but we're still renovating stuff upstairs and you'll hear it all in the basement room" or "the cost of rent might raise when we get a Realtor or something to appraise the value of our home since we just installed a pool" and then there was the one that was like "it's cheap and near a bus if 15 minutes walking distance is nearby. By that I mean when I looked for a place a year and a half ago, all the rooms for rent near the red line were like "yeah, cheap, but we're still renovating stuff upstairs and you'll hear it all in the basement room" or "the cost of rent might raise when we get a Realtor or something to appraise the value of our home since we just installed a pool" and then there was the one that was like "it's cheap and near a bus if 15 minutes walking distance is nearby. Also there's like 8 predators registered along the path to the bus so."
