It's a projection thing. They are insecure and the most humiliating thing that they think can happen is if a woman they are with thinks a different man is more sexually desirable and cheats on them. So they just use cuck because they think it's the ultimate insult. What they don't realize is that it's hilarious because being called a cuck really wouldn't offend anyone who isn't insecure about themselves. They're using an insult that only offends themselves. They lack empathy so they fail to realize how weak of an insult it is for most people.
