I know this is before Altair redesigned the Hidden Blade to not require you to cut off your fucking finger, but do they show any character in particular doing that in the game?

Idk the thought always creeped me out even though gore doesn't really bothers me in video games, maybe because of how crude it sounds

when there's that monologue in the ending when bayek and aya officially become assassins, i think some lady cuts her finger off when she joins bayek. he tries to stop her.

bayek equips the blade and accidentally loses the finger when he uses it to shank someone on top of him. it just sorta gets in the way.
