Just for bicep curls, they'll start to shake a bit when I'm going down after curling up.

Why is this? It happened today and two days ago...Never happened before and I've been exercising regularly for the past three months.

This is why you're supposed to do bicep curls in the squat rack, it prevents shaking

Maybe you need more potassium or something. I don't know. I've never had that before. Unless it's normal like...'straining' shaking.

Maybe you're not giving your arms enough time to recover. Also make sure you have the proper form down. look up youtube videos to check your form.

Serious answer: lift less weight if you're giving your arms proper days of rest. If not, give your arms proper at least a day of rest in between.

Usually what happens to me. Recommend trying a cookie or two before lifting. Youll probably be better

1. You want 48 hours between workouts that exhaust the same muscle groups.
2. Get some whey isolate (or hydrolyzed, it's better but not necessary - avoid concentrate) protein powder. I get the chocolate flavoured one from GNC and mix it with chocolate milk. Drink it immediately after your workout.

Is your diet overly lacking in anything? Are you going up in weight too quickly?
