If that pisses you off to high hell then this other news will REALLY be shocking... They are adding an "Annual Pass" to the game. What does this mean? Well.. for the low cost of $35 (that price is seperate from the expansion), you can get more premium content throughout the year. You can also pay $70 for the bundle of the expansion and the annual pass. Here is the official description of the pass: Alongside seasonal updates and live events available to every Destiny 2 player, Forsaken Annual Pass provides bonus rewards and introduces three premium content releases (anticipated in Winter 2018, Spring 2019, and Summer 2019). Each release delivers new experiences to Destiny 2: Forsaken, including activities, end game content, and an arsenal of powerful weapons, armor, and gear to earn. I don't know how you can make a sequel that pales in comparison with its predecessor in pretty much every way possible. You pay top dollar for the main game and subsequent DLCs to get maybe 20% of the content and then they just nickle and dime you the rest. Content is paywall'd behind a paywall that's behind another paywall. I made the mistake of pre-ordering the game with the season pass because I thought it'd be more of the same of what I loved with Destiny 1 but better. Nope. Completely quit playing after I found there was no end game. Logged in to play each expansion since I'd already paid for them. Those were a fairly mediocre two hours. Uninstalled the game after the last one. I won't fall for this shit again, D3 doesn't even exist to me.
