Meanwhile on my ALT got SS4 Gogeta dupe and my first LR Gogeta

Oh it definitely seems better to do Stage 2 as it gives more awakening medals and seems slightly easier. Didn't realise I could sometimes get only 3 medals on Stage 3

I think Super Gogeta and SS4 Gogeta need to be priority awakens for me but I'm thinking I likely cant clear their dokkan yet

Well keep in mind that stage 2 and stage 3 are different awakening medals, no matter the difficulty. Check to be sure you're doing the right stage for which gotenks you're trying to awaken.

Oh wow, Super Gogeta is really easy. Like way easier than Gotenks. I should easily be able to awaken him, just going to be a grind

Although I'm only talking about Z-Hard stage 2. Not Super2 stage 3. Not tried that one yet. I'm assuming it's way harder

Yeah the original dokkan event was for STR Gogeta which is a pretty old unit. The Z-Hard stage was added for INT Gogeta within the last year and is definitely going to be more difficult for you.

But it looks like I can just grind the easy Z Hard stage for medals for INT Super Gogeta. Granted I'm going to have to run the stage like 20+ times to get enough medals but it also takes less than 2 minutes since even I can kill him in 1 attack round

Well the zhard events give a random amt between 3 and 6 so it might take more or less

I ended up with 69/77 before my stamina ran out and like 500exp from ranking up. Ah well, will be able to do it once I get 20 stamina again

Did the Dokkan Boss Rush and was able to clear the 1st one easily. The others look like a significant step up though. How far has everyone else got into them?

I beat all of them. They used to be pretty hard for me until the TEQ VB/STR Rose banners. I got a lot of good cards on those and breezes through the 2 newest Boss Rushes. Before that I had to beat the latest one with a Mono TEQ team and rely entirely on a rainbow SS3 Angel Goku to win lol

Also beat all of them. 2-2 was pretty hard just because of the number of bosses: back when I first did it, it was a necessity to run AGL Whis that you get from...battle of gods, I think? Because he has a one-time-per-battle full heal when your HP drops below 30%. Nowadays, with mroe powerful dudes, I'm not sure if you still need to. Also you kinda need to get lucky with a crit or run lots of defense-down SA dudes because Broly is a prick. Or run one of those family kamehameha units.

Well I managed to dokkan Super Gogeta. I guess I should work on the plethora of Gotenks I have and then try figure out if I can make a team to beat SS4 Gogeta

I'm only 8 stones away from triggering the freebie pull on the Gogeta banner so maybe I'll get some dupes

Finally got LR Vegito to transform doing the Janemba event just because he keeps dodging so much.

His full 20 ki attack stat was 425k. Janemba attacked him once and got countered for 900k so I didn't even get to see how much damage his super would do. I mean honestly Jameba probably would have just dodged it anyway so whatever.

Janemba is the worst designed event in the game. Hes not hard at all, but he dodges so damn much its annoying. I literally once went 16 attacks before I hit him due to him dodging

I think Hirudegarn dodges even more, but there is that item that stops him at least.

I finally dokkaned my TEQ Vegito Blue

Going through the first Super 3 boss rush and so far blazing through it, so that's a good sign

Beat my first Super Battle Road! Vs. Extreme TEQ. LR Vegito makes it easier, but it still got down to the wire there. I think I'm still really bad at using my items intelligently here.

Ha I tried Vs. Extreme TEQ this morning too and it didn't go very well. I think I might try to cheese it with some stunners or something.

In these Dokkan Boss Rushes are the bosses full strength? Like if I'm walking through them in this rush does it mean I can easily beat the actual event?

Also they take so damn long to do. Like stage 1 on the harder difficulty took me 20 minutes. Stage 2 on the easier difficulty just took 26 minutes.

If it could just be Soul Punisher time every turn then these would go so much quicker! Seems only SS4 Gogeta, Super Gogeta and the friend do all the damage. All the other ones I have only do like 100-300k on supers. I guess they need their SA powering up and dokkaning and hidden potential to be better. And Bardock is just like a wasted turn >_>

Oh hey I can beat SS4 Gogeta but it takes a while and I had to use a Ghost Usher (or I guess a healing item would've worked) and I was using a LR Gogeta friend.

This is gonna be a way harder grind than Super Gogeta

The Items I took when I did super STR were 2 senzu, 2 dende, 2 icarus, and 2 whis. The idea was that you start off each battle using an icarus or whis (depending on number of enemies, try to save a whis for the last fight), and focus fire the secondary enemies so that by the time the damage reduction is over, the remaining enemy isn't a threat. That way you have 1 full heal and 1 2-turn damage reducer per battle, possibly saving one if you can get a super strong dokkan mode out at some point.

You get 4 item slots eventually, and 2 uses per slot, for a total of 8

Managed to get another 50 and got a rainbow release it's over Freeza but nothing great from it

My account has that much unclear content that I could easily trigger another freebie pull which I'll likely do and then call it quits on the banner. At some point I should save for future banners right?

Plus point, I can beat SS4 Gogeta on Super difficulty. Negative point, it was by the skin of my teeth and I had to use all 3 items. Not sure that is worth the extra effort for the 7 medals instead of doing the Z-hard mode. I guess it just cuts down on total stamina needed

I didn't realize that once dokkaned, the leader ability improves. So I guess I am going to have to focus on that as it's likely my biggest team upgrade

Soo I'm still trying to figure out who to use the purple stone on and could use some input.

With one more copy of them I could rainbow SSJ4 Goku, SSJ4 Vegeta Cooler or Janemba (I would not pick Janemba)

I don't have SSJ3 Broly or Super 17

So I think it is between one of those 5. I guess I should get one of the two I don't have for SBR?

I wouldn't bother with Super 17. Broly only if you can or plan on eventually running an SSJ3 team.

Between the others, Super STR is better but SSJ4 Vegeta has more categories he can be put in.

Finally dokkaned my SS4 Gogeta. That fight got a lot simpler once I realized the first 2 in rotation only miss 1 turn and the 3rd misses 2. Just took quite some time as it was 5-7 min per clear and only 3-6 medals per win

Can now clear the Gotenks dokkan without any items and without actually getting hurt. So much simpler. Not sure if I should dokkan my STR SS Gotenks first with the 35 medals or keep saving and do the 77 one first

Beat Boss Rush stage 3. Is stage 4 much tougher?

It's Super 17 -> Int Gogeta -> Janemba -> Gotenks -> SS3 Broly

Probably would say the fights are harder, though same general difficulty.

Broly probably the worst of it if you don't have the DEF reduction or some other way to overpower his damage reduction? Assuming he still has it like his other dokkan fights do

There's no greater feeling than being out of items and one attack away from dying to the final phase of Broly on that boss rush, only to have SSJ4 Goku just utterly nuke him for the win

My Super PHY team beat SBR while I wasnt even paying attention. That makes 3 total SBRs I have beaten! I dont think my TEQ team can win because no SS3 Goku or SS4 Gogeta and my AGL cant win without Super Vegito or SS4 Vegeta :(

My Super INT team is pretty stacked and I still wasn't able to come close to beating SBR. I think maybe I'm just not approaching it right?

SBR's aren't tackled the same way that most other events are. Teams require specific units that you otherwise might not even consider using. Units that stun, boost defense, or reduce the enemies attack are usually required. Do a google check to see what the optimal SBR Super INT team is.
