Armada because of strong nostalgia alone. It really do have a buttload of major flaws(the same can be said for the whole "Unicorn Trilogy").

With all that said, Prime is probably the best series IMO.

I could never get into Armada when it came out. I watched the first 5 episodes and gave up on it. Maybe I'll give it another try sometime.

I actually saw Armada more than any of the other series, so I have a fair amount of nostalgia for it. The line art was gorgeous but the animation was so janky, I did like Starscreams portrayal in the series compared to others

Prime hands down. I saw some of the original Transformers and realized how Michael Bay slaughtered the series. Transformers Micron had good artwork but the ending was awful. Unicron is a horrible character. I liked Star scream in Transformers Micron.

I haven't watched much of other Transformers. Generation one had less annoying humans so far from what I have seen. Most Transformers have stupid kids I can't even relate to.

beast machines wasn't as good.

of course the blame isn't all on the new writers. they weren't allowed to watch beast wars to get a feel for the characters

Armada as it resulted in the best videogame (Transformers 2004). For toys i rather like the current Generations range.
