Poll of the Day > Tiger Electronics handheld games...any good ones?

I had quite a few of these as a kid...I remember enjoying the games I had. I wonder if they are even remotely fun as I remember them to be.

i doubt it. i mean there is only so much you can do with them.

i remember growing up with them and it was never as fun as an actual video game or just about any other toy.

I also remember really liking the Little Professor Calculator...got it as a hand me down from my older sister. Not really at all in the same category as the Tiger games, but yeah...

I enjoyed Lights Out a lot. And I still have the old Wheel of Fortune Tiger game, and still play it every now and then. Wheel of Fortune works pretty well as that kind of game.

I had lots that were pretty fun at the time, I recall playing a ton of Baseball, but now that there are actually handheld consoles... eeh.

I recall one LCD game that might somewhat hold up today, but it was from Mattel, Dungeons and Dragons. It's basically a Hunt the Wumpus clone, slightly more complex than most other LCD games of the era.

I liked the Gauntlet one. it was like a random 3d maze each level and I found it fun just seeing how far I could get

Baseball and Bowling were the best ones.
