They tend to treat others like actual people. I really like how far they go in welcoming the candidates who interview. Thats part of what made me want the job - the environment they promote. Honestly, I wouldnt want to work for a company where they made a big stink about me showing up too early. Mind you, I personally havent done it. But a company that would turn someone down over that, isnt a company Id want to work for. It speaks volumes of their culture. Also, I dont think Ive ever had an interview where they didnt have some kind of waiting room. Again, I highly doubt anyone in here is truly complaining, let alone imagining a world in which someone showing up way early would negatively impact their chances. I don't speak for others, but I feel like I'm saying this for the fifth time; I take no qualm with people showing up that early. But if someone shows up at 10:35 for an 11AM interview, they shouldn't be surprised when they don't actually get seen until 11. Again, that is not a negative thing. It's just a fact. My boss is the one who thought an adequate punishment would be to delay the interview proportionately to the amount of time said interviewee was early.
